If you would like to exchange or return an item you ordered, please follow the steps below.

1. Secure all goods to be returned along with a copy of your invoice.
2. Include a note explaining the reason for the return or exchange.
3. Return the package via a postal carrier of your choice.

Your return will be processed within 5 days of receipt of the goods you ordered. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to appear on your credit card.

If there is a problem with the quality or condition of a product we ship to you, please contact us immediately at info@appstandstore.com.

Important Note:
We cannot refund your original shipping charges unless the product is deemed defective or there was a mistake in fulfilling your order.
